Guangdong ShunDa Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ShunDa") was founded in 2000. After more than 20 years of steady development, it has grown into a world-renowned export enterprise specializing in outdoor products. The company has over 1,000 employees and two manufacturing plants located in Gaoming District and Nanhai District of Foshan respectively, with a total area of 130,000 square meters (about 33 acres). It has a lean production management team and professional technical workers, and strictly adheres to safety production and environmental management standards.

Strong Production Capacity and Diversified Product Range

The company has more than 20 R&D personnel and over 20 sales team members respectively. Its production area exceeds 100,000 square meters, with a daily production capacity of 2,500 gas grills and 10,000 fire pits.

The production equipment includes 150 automated production lines and robotic arms, automatic welding lines, as well as various welding equipment such as carbon dioxide welding machines, argon arc welding machines and laser welding machines. There are also 4 automatic painting lines, 1 automatic enamel line (compliant with national wastewater treatment standards) and 8 packaging lines.

ShunDa's product range covers a full series of outdoor grills, heaters, fire pits, furniture and barbecue tools, with an annual output value of up to 150 million US dollars.

Strict Quality Control System Aligned with Global Standards

The quality control center has more than 40 experienced quality control personnel and over 10 quality control engineers, and a 1,000-square-meter laboratory that meets North American CSA standards, equipped with various testing instruments and equipment.

ShunDa has established good cooperative relations with authoritative institutions such as CSA, ITS, BV, SGS, UL and TUV to ensure that its exported products meet the standards of North America (CSA ANZ 21.58), Europe (EN 498) and Australia (AGA).

Efficient Logistics Support and Clear Corporate Philosophy

The company has a storage capacity of 300 containers and a daily container loading throughput of more than 80 containers.
