A total of 159,267 professional visitors from the global hotel and catering industry, coffee, ice cream and bakery industry, bars and clubs, commercial retail, and other sectors, including professional buyers, distributors, and agents, visited the exhibition, an increase of 8.89% year-on-year. Professional visitors came from 123 countries and regions worldwide, including 5,502 overseas visitors.

HOTELEX's exhibitors and their exhibits came from 116 countries and regions globally, attracting a total of 2,567 quality foodservice exhibitors. Mainland China was primarily represented by four regions: East China, South China, North China, and Northeast China. Products from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and other international countries and regions accounted for 42.37% of the total exhibits.
